Docente a tempo indeterminato di italiano L2 presso Istituti secondari di secondo grado in lingua tedesca dal 1992, viene nominata Dirigente Scolastica nel 2010, presso l’Istituto Comprensivo Merano 2. Dal 2011 è Dirigente scolastica dell’Istituto Tecnico per le Costruzioni, l’Ambiente e il Territorio in lingua italiana “A. e P. Delai”, a cui si aggiunge nel 2018 l'ncarico di reggenza dell’Istituto Pluricomprensivo di Vipiteno. Dal settembre 2019 è nominata Dirigente scolastica dell’I.I.S.S. “Galileo Galilei” di Bolzano.
